本(ben)機主要(yao)用(yong)于平(ping)麵(mian)式(shi)口(kou)罩(zhao)自(zi)動成型(xing)：整(zheng)捲(juan)佈料放(fang)捲后經(jing)過(guo)滾(gun)輪驅(qu)動(dong)，佈料(liao)通(tong) 過(guo)自(zi)動(dong)折(zhe)邊(bian)、包(bao)邊；鼻(bi)樑條(tiao)整(zheng)捲牽引開捲(juan)，定(ding)長(zhang)裁(cai)切后(hou)導入(ru)至包邊(bian)佈(bu)料(liao)中(zhong)，雙(shuang)邊 通(tong)過超(chao)聲銲(han)接至封(feng)口，再經過超聲(sheng)側曏(xiang)封(feng)口，通(tong)過(guo)切刀裁(cai)切(qie)成型(xing)；通過流(liu)水線將(jiang) 口(kou)罩(zhao)輸送(song)至(zhi)兩(liang)箇口罩耳(er)帶熔(rong)接(jie)工位，通過超聲銲(han)接最終口罩(zhao)成(cheng)型；噹口(kou)罩製成后(hou)， 通(tong)過流(liu)水(shui)線(xian)輸(shu)送(song)至平帶(dai)線(xian)收集。
This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of flat face mask: the whole roll of cloth is driven by roller after unwinding, and the cloth is folded and wrapped automatically; the nose beam is pulled and uncoiled by the whole roll, cut to a fixed length and then imported into the wrapped cloth, and the two sides are welded to the seal by ultrasonic welding, and then sealed laterally by ultrasonic, and then cut and formed by cutter; the cloth is wrapped by assembly line The mask is delivered to two mask ear belt welding stations, and finally formed by ultrasonic welding; when the mask is made, it is delivered to the flat belt line through the assembly line for collection.
